About Us

History

BPI Group was established in 2008 as a local representative of the British NAc Group to implement a project to transform the production system of PJSC Nord (Donetsk). NAc Group works in the field of professional training and personnel development for industrial enterprises, and is a partner of Nissan Motor Co UK. As part of the project, all of the group’s production facilities were transformed over four years. Also, the Academy of Lean Manufacturing Professionals was created. More than 100 foremen and production managers were trained there.

The exposure to the best practices of British colleagues and the experience gained during this time became the basis for the further development of the company as a separate consulting organization. The Business Process Improvement Group now provides training and consulting services in operations management and process optimization.

Consulting

In 2012, we were accredited by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development under the “Business Advisory Services” program and the first independent project was launched.

In 2020, we became part of a holding company CDI Global (South Africa), whose techniques for creating a high-performance manufacturing culture are known around the world and are used by companies such as Imperial Tobacco, Louis-Dreyfus Group, Nestle, SAB Miller, BHP Billiton and GKN. The geography of successful cases of transformation using the methodology of Mission Directed Work Teams includes more than 70 countries and more than 5000 thousand production units and is now available to customers in Ukraine.

REALIZED PROJECTS

PAO "NORD" (2008-2012)
Production-wide processes and procedures are standardized. Developed an operating strategy and management system based on the Hoshin Kanri methodology. A project office and the Academy of Lean Production Professionals were created. Number of defects reduced by 50%, operating costs reduced by 20%.
Mefro Wheels (2013)
Implementation of the 5S internal corporate standard at Mefro Wheels (AvtoVaz, Russia). Training of production personnel to standardize the work environment and create a visual control system.
OSHCHADBANK (2009-2013)
Deployment of a project office in the Donetsk Regional Department of Oshchadbank PJSC to manage operational improvement projects.
DONBASSENERGO PJSC (2015)
Deployment of the project office in the repair unit of DonbassEnergo PJSC (Slavyanskaya TPP). Introduction to Operations Project Management in the MS Project environment. Implementation of the Lean Production program at Slavyanskaya TPP.
DARNICA FC. (2016)
Implementation of lean production tools in the pharmaceutical company "Darnitsa".
Corum Group (2016)
Corum Group staff training in the principles of lean production. Initiation of an implementation program. Preparation of regulations.

Staff training

We have created several unique training products of our own. In 2013, together with the PwC Academy in Ukraine, Lean Six Sigma Yellow / Green Belt certification training courses were launched. More than 300 people were trained in this program.

In 2019, we were the first in the post-Soviet space to receive the status of an affiliated training provider Shingo Institute (USA), whose Shingo Prize is the “Nobel” in Operational Excellence. Training in world-renowned management training programs and expertise of the Shingo Institute is now available to our clients in Ukraine and the CIS.

Our initiatives

In 2016, thanks to the support of the expert community, we created LeanForum – a platform for sharing experience and best practices in operational management. Since then, the LeanForum conferences, held annually, have become known not only in Ukraine but also far beyond its borders. Our business tours of global companies’ production facilities were visited by more than a thousand business representatives. For many, they were the impetus for reaching new heights in business.

Alfredo Moscardini

Professor at Cardiff and Sunderland Universities (UK). Scientific advisor for international educational programs at the European Commission. An expert in the theory of Learning Organizations and Viable Systems. He is the author of more than 150 scientific articles. Partner and consultant at BPI Group.

Nadezhda Okladnikova

She graduated from the Donetsk National University. Degree .... Experienced in statistical analysis and business process optimization. Co-author of several training programs. An expert in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma. Consultant and trainer at BPI Group.

Sergey Denisov

He graduated from the Donetsk National Technical University. He has a degree from ________ in _______. Author of training programs for rapid equipment changeover and production line balancing. An expert in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma. Consultant and trainer at BPI Group.

Graduated from the Kharkov Polytechnic Institute. He has a degree in economic cybernetics. She has held executive positions in the banking industry. He supervises the sales and promotion of BPI Group training products.
