Briefly about the company
2008
BPI Group was founded in 2008 as a local representative of the British NAc Group to implement the project of transformation of the production system of PJSC “Nord” (Donetsk). NAc Group works in the field of professional training and personnel development for industrial enterprises and is a partner of Nissan Motor Co UK. Within the framework of the project, all the group’s production enterprises were transformed within 4 years. The Academy of Lean Production Professionals was also created. More than 100 masters and production managers were trained there.
Acquaintance with the best practices of British colleagues and the experience gained during this time became the basis for the further development of the company as a separate consulting organization. Currently, BPI Group (“Business Process Improvement Group”) provides training and consulting services in the field of operational management and optimization of production processes.
2012
In 2012, we received accreditation from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development under the “Business Advisory Services” program and launched our first independent project. We created several of our own unique educational products.
2013
In 2013, together with the PwC Academy in Ukraine, training courses for the Lean Six Sigma Yellow / Green Belt certification were launched. Over 300 people were trained under this program.
2019
In 2019, we were the first in the post-Soviet space to receive the status of an affiliated provider of training programs of the Shingo Institute (USA), whose Shingo Prize is the “Nobel Prize” in the field of Operational Excellence. Training from world-renowned management training programs and expertise of Shingo Institute are now available to Ukrainian businesses.
2020
In 2020, we established a partnership with CDI Connect (South Africa), whose methods for creating a high-performance production culture are known worldwide and are used in companies such as Imperial Tobacco, Louis-Dreyfus Group, Nestle, SAB Miller, BHP Billiton and GKN. The geography of successful transformation cases using the Mission Directed Work Teams methodology includes over 70 countries and over 5,000 thousand production units and is now also available in Ukraine.
