Its main idea is simple: to make all waste and deviations from the norm <em>visible<\/em> so that they can be eliminated more easily and quickly.<\/p>\n<p>An implemented 5S system creates standardized conditions in the workspace\u2014the foundation for consistent quality, increased productivity, safety, and further improvements. Order (Seiton)<\/h3>\n<p>The goal is to improve response times to problems through organization, workplace ergonomics, and visualization.
